Pětačtyřicetiletetý pacient s hypertrofickou kardiomyopatií (HKMP) s opakovanými presynkopálními stavy. Při standardním 24hodinovém EKG holteru byl po celou dobu monitorace přítomen sinusový rytmus se zcela ojedinělými KES, 2× v tripletu.

At MDT, we help both adults and young patients. In the framework of our cooperation with the Children’s Hospital in Brno, we dealt with a case of a sixteen-year-old girl, who suffered from unclear heart troubles during irregular sports performances.
